First Level Support

Would your school benefit from a part or full time technical support person on-site to help you with IT support?

Providing on site, immediate assistance for common day to day technology problems, our 'help desk' support service can help staff and students with many technical issues.


Examples of common technical problems that our First Level Support staff deal with are

  • difficulties logging onto the network, such as forgotten passwords
  • problems with printers and other computer accessories
  • setting up, relocating or troubleshooting computer hardware and network equipment
  • installation and configuration of software on PC's
  • user support and training

If there are any technical issues that out First Level Support staff are unable to resolve, they can contact one of our Network Managers for further advice or assistance.
 

Network Management & Development

Our Network Administrators & System Consultants can assist your school by providing

  • Server and network management and system maintenance
  • Advanced troubleshooting and technical support
  • Implementation of new technology and initiatives
  • Review of and improvements to existing systems
