Pricing for individual applications
Please contact us for bundle pricing if you are interested in purchasing multiple applications.

Product License price (ex GST) Details
School Intranet Site $400 The School Intranet site is the empty framework, ready for your schools content.
This is bundled free with any other two or more items purchased at the same time.
Daily Notices $400 Daily Notices allows staff to easily add school daily notices to the intranet.
 
Room Bookings $400 Room bookings allows you to easily view and manage the use of rooms & resources.
 
Events Calendar $400 Events Calendar allows you to schedule and mange school events.
 
STAN Student Tracking & Notification v3 Refer to details STAN is a student welfare system, and can track all student contact in an easy to use web based interface. Requires the Students and Staff application to manage users.

$1200 This contains student and staff details, and allows rolls/lists to be viewed and printed (rolls require web timetable).
Bundle pricing available if purchased with one or more other applications.
Web Timetable $400 Search for students, check timetables and view class lists.
 
IT Support $400 A system for staff to request technical support using the school Intranet.
 
Purchase Orders $800 Allow staff to create purchase orders and view their budget balance, all through the Intranet.
 
Asset Management $400 Computer equipment can be easily tracked and managed, with details readily accessible via your Intranet.
Student Attendance TBA New version available in 2009
Sport Management $800 Allows the selection and management of school sports.
 
Logbook online - School to work Logbook $400 Log book online allows student to record their Employment Related Skills online.
Voting and Polls $800 Create polls for students and staff, great for Student council, captain and other student group elections. Can also be used for feedback or even on-line student exams.
Subject Selections $800 Enable students to easily make their subject selections on your Intranet and then view and export their selection details for use with your timetable application.

The above Intranet Application licenses provide the software 'as is'. Before purchasing, we encourage you to carefully review the features of our software using the online preview, or by arranging an on-site demonstration (Sydney metro only). It is the custom's responsibility to ensure that the products being purchased meet their individual needs and to understand that any requested additions or changes to the original product are charged via a Customisation & Support pack.

Pricing for Installation, Configuration & Support

To assist with the implementation of the Intranet Application, we offer the following services

Customisation & Support- Provides web, email and phone support for the configuration and use of any Jamark Intranet Application.
Also provides programming development for any customisation work that you request for a Jamark Intranet Application.
Custom development can assist with the integration of the Intranet Application into your existing systems and processes.

On-site Installation & Training - Provides on-site installation of Intranet Applications and staff training. A Jamark technician will come to you to install the software and provide training to you and your staff to help with the implementation and initial use of the software. If you are in the Sydney metro area, we strongly encourage you to take up this option to assist you with a smooth implementation of the Intranet Applications.

In the event where an issue is caused by a technical problem with our software (i.e. a 'bug'), this problem will be resolved for free. This support is available from the date the software is dispatched for a period of 3 months and is provided via an Online Customer Support site.

Installation, Configuration and Support Conditions
Pre-purchased Packs: Hours to be used within 6 months from date of order being received. Unused hours forfeited, except where another pack of the same type is purchased, in which case any unused hours can be rolled into the next pack, up to a maximum of 12 months from original pack being purchased. Hours from a Customisation & Support pack can not be used for On-site Installation & Training, however hours from a On-site Installation & Training pack may be used for Customisation & Support.
Customisation & Support : Any custom development or configuration provided is licensed to the Customer and remains the property of Jamark Technology Consulting.
On-Site Installation & Training: On-Site services only available to customers in the Sydney metro area. Customers outside of the Sydney metro area should contact us for a quote for
on-site services. The customer is responsible for providing the necessary configuration information and data for the installation. On-site services are provided on minimum 4 hour blocks unless other arrangements are agreed upon with Jamark Technology Consulting.
Free support for the resolution of 'bugs' in our software: Such support applies to the functionality of the software as originally licensed. Free support does not cover issues relating to incorrect installation or configuration by the customer, any changes made by the customer, or issues related to the training of users. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any such issues via our online customer support site, and fixes for problems will be made available as a download from our web site. Free support for the resolution of bugs does not provide assistance for the general installation, training or use of our Intranet Applications.

Custom Development
This can be done for the customer by our development team (see Customisation & Support packs), or can be done independently by the customer.
Please note that customers are not permitted to resell or transfer any copies or part of the software developed by Jamark Technology to any third party.
Additionally, Jamark Technology cannot provide any free support for any software that has been changed by the customer.
 

Training
Once you have installed your new Intranet applications, you will want to ensure that staff are using it effectively. Jamark Technology can provide training to customers for our Intranet Applications. Training can be individual, small groups, large groups, or a combination of different sessions. Training is provided in a minimum block of 5 hours. Please
contact us for further information on how our training services can help your organisation.
