Take the hassle out of finding and booking available rooms or equipment. Room bookings allows you to easily view and manage the use of rooms & resources.

You can manually enter or import your existing room timetable (import from compatible timetable programs). If you use another Timetable application we can create a custom import script (charges apply).

Additional Information

Room & Equipment bookings can be made for a particular timeslot, or (if the option is enabled) for weekly or fortnightly bookings. New rooms and equipment are easily added to the system as needed, via the configuration page.
