Student Tracking and Notification (STAN) is a student welfare system, designed to record student contact in an easy to use web based interface.

Positive, negative and neutral items can be added with fully customisable categories, sub categories and further action options. In addition to recording student contact, STAN allows you to create and edit certificates, Board of Studies warning letters and other letters using word templates.

My Stan is used to display an overall snapshot of any items that staff need to keep track of.	The summary page is the core of STAN, showing items and their status.	Creating an item is easy with this step by step interface.	A student's history can be viewed to give an overall picture of a student.

STAN allows your organisation to effectively manage and track student welfare, and is highly customisable to meet your specific needs. STAN has integrated detentions functionality allowing you to place a student on detention and view a roll of students on detention for a particular day. Other functionality includes merit awards and 'mail merge' using word templates.
